      4 quick questions to help you stop overthinking everything.

      Thinking about you today. And, well, just kind of thinking a lot today, and lately. Maybe too much? Meh, whatever, it’s a blessing and a curse.

      Because on the good days, it allows me to share some outstanding and useful insights with you, all while sparing you my monkey-mind process. You’re welcome.

      I know it’s not just me fighting overthinking these days. A lot of us are getting all up in our heads about all the things, letting it turn into excessive pressure, which morphs into chronic levels of stress we can hardly handle, and sometimes straight up can’t. So, listen, let’s pause. As hard as it is, and as frustrating as it can be to hear that the best solution is to keep it simple and direct – it’s the truth. It works.

      Let me be your mirror for a minute, and encourage you to wade directly into the thought muck and get yourself some useful insights.

      Whatever you’re struggling with, this will apply, and it will help. It’s a start to clarifying next steps, but it won’t be overwhelming. So today, or tonight before bed, or tomorrow with your morning coffee, or the next time you feel like you have a moment and a mindset to go inward, jot down your thoughts about these four questions. (I feel like this goes without saying, but don’t overthink it.)

      What do I really want?
      Why is this important to me? How is it meaningful to me and the way I want to live my life?

      (Depending on what you discover here, you might have to go back to the first question and answer again, refine, or get a bit more specific or honest. Sometimes ya gotta call BS on yourself.)

      What can I release in order to get closer to what I want?
      What can I receive in order to get closer to what I want?

      You can take it further whenever you’re ready and ask some additional questions, but I don’t even want to go there today. We’re keeping it simple and not overthinking more, remember?
